We appreciate your patience and support as a small handmade business. Here's what to expect once you place your order.
Processing Time
Because each bell is hand-cast and hand-painted to order, please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be made and prepared for shipment. Processing times may occasionally run longer during high-demand periods (such as holidays or the anniversary season), and we'll do our best to communicate any delays.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your bell is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear, as it can take carriers a short time to scan packages into their system.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and we are unable to redirect a package once it has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our workshop, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft that occur during transit. If your tracking shows a delay or your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need further assistance after doing so, reach out to us at patriotcollection@outlook.com and we'll help however we can.
Packaging
Every bell is carefully packaged by hand to help protect it during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for next steps.
