Patriot Collection
Thank you for supporting our small business and choosing one of our handmade patriot bells. Because each piece is individually hand-cast, hand-painted, and made to order, we want to be fully transparent about our policy before you purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun. Each bell requires time, materials, and craftsmanship that cannot be recovered or resold once started, so please review your order carefully — including shipping address and any customization details — before checking out.
Damaged or Defective Items
While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your bell arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at patriotcollection@outlook.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if damage occurred in transit)
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate. Claims submitted after 7 days, or without photo documentation, may not be eligible for resolution.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or your order is missing a piece, please notify us at patriotcollection@outlook.comwithin 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue promptly.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our workshop. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
The following are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Normal variations in hand-painted finish, which are expected in handmade items and not considered defects
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling, hanging, or outdoor exposure beyond intended use
Order Cancellations
Because production typically begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been submitted.
